Order Birds
We typically have adult birds available for order year-round, and we ship to all 48 continuous United States. Please contact us if you are interested in placing an order, or would like more information. All birds are guaranteed to arrive safe and sound, and any losses during shipping will be refunded. We also sell eggs seasonally.
Adult birds can usually be shipped within a week from ordering, and are $30 each, for large fowl or bantams. Shipping for adult birds is about $65 per box of 2 birds, and the shipping boxes cost $16.66 each. So typically, the total cost comes to around $125 per pair of birds.
In the past we have shipped chicks with excellent success, but we are no longer shipping chicks at this time. It is a very serious project to ensure that at least 25 chicks hatch on the same day and are ready for shipping, and we do not currently have the time for it.
Eggs can usually be shipped within a week from ordering, and are $10 per dozen. Shipping and boxes for eggs are around $25, and several dozen eggs can be shipped together. There are no guarantees on the hatching success of shipped eggs, and typically people see relatively low hatch percentages.
Since youth are the future of the poultry breeding hobby, we are happy to offer discounts on adult birds for 4H and FFA members. Shipping costs remain the same.
